Defining various data entry forms Can't Post

The data fields to be entered for one type of real estate listing differ greatly from other types. (For example, our users need to enter extensive data for Sales listings, but just a few fields for weekly rental listings.) How can we modify Listings Mgr. so that upon adding a new listing, the user gets to choose what type it is and then the long data entry form is served if it's a Sale property and a short data entry form is served if it's a Rental?

The rental agents get all confused because they are presented with all 75 data fields when they only have 4 or 5 fields of data to enter.

Can this be done?

Hi there,

Not with Listings Manager. However, with CMS Builder, you could easily setup different sections with a different set of fields for each section. You might want to take a look at that and see if it's a better fit for you. :)
