CanTemplate files be PHP instead of HTML Can't Post

Can anyone please tell me if it is possible save the HTML Template files with the PHP extension, instead. To save time duplicating various blocks of code in the Templates, I was thinking of including a single line of PHP include code, instead.

Thanks in advance

Hi there!

While the templates themselves cannot have the filename changed, you CAN change the file extension on any files that Listings Manager creates.

However, the dynamic pages (search query & search results) cannot include PHP on them, as they're executed via CGI. For the .html pages that Listings Manager creates, you can definitely switch those to PHP -- go to Setup Options, then "Publish file extension" and you can change that to whatever you need. :)
