WYSIWYG Field Can't Post
Playing around with the program to get the feel of things prior to developing project.

I have created a new section and added various types of fields. All seem to work ok except for the WYSIWYG field. Field name is there but no text box for entering data and no editor menu.

Any advice?

Searched thru the CMS Builder forum and found a solution to modify the zip.php file and set compression=false. Did that and the editor box now shows up but the WYSIWYG menu is not legible (ie missing icons).



Any thoughts?

Found the solution. The image files need to be uploaded in Binary format, not ASCII.

Upload instructions for setup may need to specify which files need to be uploaded as ASCII and which files need to be uploded as Binary via FTP

Hi.

Thanks for pointing that out. I'll make sure our docs get updated with this. I usually set my FTP client to auto set which upload format but it would better I agree that it would better to know which files need which.
