Hi medsea,
Yes, certainly. A lot of people out there have this restriction, so our software has a "MySQL Table Prefix" option. You can use as many copies of the software as you need on one database as long as each has a unqiue table prefix.
Please note that you'll need one license of our software for each website you want to run it on.
