Feature Request Can't Post

Feature Request:

I would like to see an export module that allows one-click upload of listings to sites like:

  • Trulia
  • Craigslist
  • Oodle
  • Google Base
  • Vast
  • Backpage (Business Subscribers only)
  • Kijiji (Business Subscribers only)
  • Yahoo! Real Estate
  • Zillow
  • Geebo
  • OLX
  • HotPads
  • DotHomes
  • Lycos (via Oodle)
  • MySpace Classifieds (via Oodle)
  • WalMart.com Classifieds (via Oodle)
  • Local.com (via Oodle)
  • Cyberhomes/AOL
  • FrontDoor

Here are some examples of sites that offer this automatic submission feature:

    www.ePropertySites.com, www.ihouseweb.com/Products/iHouse/ListingLaunch/, ipropertywebsites.com/index.php/single-property-websites-features-pricing, listingdomains.com/, listingproducer.com/home/features.asp, lookylooz.com/Key_Features.asp, www.Postlets.com, singlepropertysites.com/examples.shtml, www.vflyer.com/main/marketing/features, and many more.

This would add a whole new dynamic to services that I can deliver as a listing agent and increase the value of CMS Builder for real estate agents exponentially!

    Hi texascoffee,

That's a neat idea, but not something we'll be integrating anytime soon. Lots of those sites (eg: craigslist) forbid automated submissions and even other than that it's basically a fulltime job keeping everything in sync so it's all working.

Something that would be more practical for us would be to integrate with a site that didn't the submissions, so you could have one click submissions from Instant Realty to the submission site, which would do the rest.

If you know of a site like that and want us to build something to link them together let me know!
