Editor not functioning on Mac/Firefox or Safari??? Can't Post

I just logged in to edit my website (ThorsenMotorsports.com) and the manager is no longer functioning on Mac/Firefox at all. No WYSIWYG or HTML. I tried it in Safari and was able to use the WYSIWYG but still no HTML. I then tried to access on a friends pee cee using IE7 and had the same result as Mac/Firefox - no WYSIWYG or HTML??? What happened, this used to work.

Hi there,

First thing to check: Are the fields set as WYSIWYG fields? What shows up instead of the expected field?

Second: Try re-uploading the tinymce3 directory and see if it shows up after that.

If it's still giving you trouble, drop us an email and we can take a look for you. :)

I double checked and the fields are checked as wysiwyg. I could not locate the directory you referenced [tinymce3] in any of my files??? Looks like I am going to need your help to sort this one out. Let me know what you need from me to get in.

Thank you.

Hi Ted

I'll take a closer look at this one for you. Could you send me an email to consulting@interactivetools.com with FTP details to your server and a link to this forum post (so I know what I am doing :)).

Thanks!
