Change defaults in user accounts Can't Post
Is there a way to change the defaults in user accounts so that under section access there will be a customized selection of permissions. When adding many like users this would be helpful and time saving.

Hi danw,

Unfortunately, that's currently not possible. I tried a variety of tricks including Google Chrome's "duplicate tab" and emulating a GET request to the create user page, but haven't had any luck.

I think the only way to accomplish this would be to write a Greasemonkey script -- and that's no easy task!!

Is there any way to copy a user and just change the unique info? This would be closer to what I'm looking for. At least a model user can be copied each time.

I found an unsupported "Save and Copy" feature which might help you out. Check out this forum post for details.
