spell check Can't Post

Hello,

This is a great product. It has really been a great help for our online documentation.

The one thing that is necessary but that is currently not available is spell checking.

Is this feature planned for a future release? or is there some easy way to incorporate spell checking into it?

any direction will be appreciated

thanks

David

Re: [diyoha] spell check [In reply to] Can't Post

Hi David,

Thanks for posting and welcome to the forums!

DocBuilder uses htmlArea for its WYSIWYG editor, so if it is added as a feature to htmlArea in the future, it will also be included with all our products.

There is actually one htmlArea user that came up with a spell checking option that automatically used MS Words spell checking function. But the ideal solution wouldn't require additional software to work so it would be compatible for all users.

In the meanwhile, I know that some people have installed IEspell - a free spell checking plug-in for Internet Explorer:

I hope that helps but if you need any more details just let me know!
