I have seen similar things with some of our other programs before and each time it was tracked down to text that was originally written in word and pasted into DocBuilder. The problem here is that word uses what appear to be xml tags to create the red underlines for words it suspects are spelled incorrectly. Although it doesn’t seem to happen every time, these extra tags will sometimes come with the text you copy and paste. When a browser tries to load this page then, it gets an error because it is actually reading the page as xml.
What I find works as the best solution for this is to take the content of that document, paste it into notepad and then paste it back into DocBuilder. This should remove any extra tags that word added in.
