Refresh..again and again Can't Post

After moving my doc builder (and artman to some extend but not as bad) to the new server I have to (for the most part) keep refreshing/reloading to get any of the admin pages to come up. This means if I added a new article, it sometimes gets posted multiple times as after I click on save it goes to a blank page.

Any idea what is happening? (I suspect something to do with the server since it is both products.)

Hi defrance!

Thanks for your post. :)

That sounds to me like a memory problem on your server. We usually recommend at least 12mb of memory available to Perl for our software to run properly. If it's 'hanging' the way you describe, that would probably be a memory issue.

If you'd like, you can fill in a support request and we can verify that for you (and give you something to show your web host provider if that's the route that you choose to go.) :)

I hope this helps.
