Hi Jill! Thanks for your post. :) Actually, if you're getting a 404, that's not the permissions -- that's a "page not found" error. If you're getting internal server errors when trying to access your docbuilder admin.cgi, you'll want to make sure that the permissions are set to 755 (world readable/executable) and that the path to perl (the first line of the cgi if you open it in a text editor) is correct. You can check with your web host if you're not sure what the path to perl is. What's the address to the site where you're gettng these errors?
