Hi James, Thanks for posting! :) Normally we recommend chmod 777 permissions because this works on everyone's server, however, if you're using suexec, as long as the Perl user has read and write permissions on the /data/ directory and files within it you should have no problems. You should have no trouble using 755 permissions on the /data/ directory and files on a server running suexec. Give this a shot and if it doesn't let me know. I received your support request with FTP, so if you leave the incomplete installation on your web server, I can then log in and give it a try. Luke Holzken Product Development
