I have installed before some Interactivetools software like Article Manager; List Manager, Job Manager ... so, this mean I have all my System requirements fine.
Today, I started to install DocBulider, I made the CHMOD, etc. but when I go to the URL http://www.myweb.com/mydocbuilder/exec/admin.cgi I just see the login screen but without the images. So I go directly to this login screen without goes firstly to the instalation procedure.

Are you being taken to the login screen right away, or have you already been through the installation process? When viewing the login screen, is it outputting any type of error message?
It could be that some of the files were uploaded incorrectly. You might want to try reuploading the files from scratch and testing the installation again. If that doesn't work, please feel free to fill out an installation request (https://www.interactivetools.com/support/free_installation.cgi) and we can install it for you.
You can then use our installation as a reference to see how we set it up.

I go directly to the login screen, without goes before to the installation. Itīs surprise, so have installed other interactivetools software, and all goes fine. You may check at http://www.cienporcien.com/ayuda/exec/admin.cgi
I unzipped, and uploaded the files from the scractch, and inclusive I made it in differents directories. May be the zipped files that interactivetools sent me corrupted?

I tested the DocBuilder install files we send out with each order and they seemed to install fine. It looks as though your installation is installed but the images are broken, and without taking a closer look it's hard for me to tell exactly why your installation appears complete without having gone through the installation steps.

Please you let me know the solution to this issue. I am seeing the same behaviour.
I've tried multiple times to install DocBuilder and it simply takes me straight to the login page with no intallation process. Obviously I can't login because I haven't created a password.
This is running on RHEL4 and Perl v5.8.5 built for x86_64-linux-thread-multi.
For what it's worth, Article Manager installed without problems yesterday.
Additionally, I see the documentation references version 1.13, whereas the version available for download was 1.12. I went to get the upgrade, but it expects a donation. Given that I only bought the thing a few hours ago, I'd expect to get the latest version included in the purchase price. I went through the entire process and put in a zero amount, only to be sent back to the download area where only version 1.12 is available... very frustrating!
### EDIT ### I finally got it running by installing it on my laptop, and then uploading the entire installed package to the server. However, I now have an issue with the wysiwyg editor. It doesn't work in Firefox on the OS X. I'm guessing version 1.13 solves that as you have switched to TinyMCE, but that version is not available for download... even more frustrating! Glad to hear you got your installation going . As for the editor, it's actually setup to work in IE for a windows computer. So far, we don't have a set schedule for upgrading that over to TinyMCE so I am not exactly sure when that would be happening. In the meantime, you should still be able to edit your articles in plain text.

Plain text is not a problem for my purposes. In fact, I was expecting only plain text as that is what I saw when using the online demo.
My confusion started when I saw version 1.13 and TinyMCE mentioned in your documentation on this page: http://www.interactivetools.com/docs/docbuilder/

That's a good question. Version 1.12 is the latest so we'll need to adjust that. I've made a note of it and will ask our webhost to take care of the update.
