users who can view, but not edit, hidden articles Can't Post
we have the need for users to be able to see "hidden" articles, but not be able to edit or change them.

we recently centralized the editing of our events, but the ministries who do the events have recurring events each month/year and so they want to see what they have hidden so they can alert us to the changes and the need to make visible.

thanks for any suggestions. simple is good.

Hi Kyle,

Hmm, there isn't really a way to do that via Article Manager directly. Could you keep those articles in a different category, and have the category password protected (or otherwise hidden from the public)?
