integrating template with article manager Can't Post

Hey Guys. I have recently purchased article manager 2 and purchased a .html template. I am looking to integrate it with article manager 2. Question, do I intall it in the same folder as the article manager index.shtml file.

Also could you please explain what benefits article manager has over wordpress? I wanted to make sure I made the right move when I purchased this product.

Looking forward to your response.

Thanks.
Nelson

Re: [nabelha] integrating template with article manager [In reply to] Can't Post

Hi Nelson,

Thanks for your email. :)

The template won't actually get installed anywhere. Since it's just plain HTML, there's no installation like a program would have.

Instead, you'll want to integrate the templates into Article Manager's templates. What we generally recommend is downloading the Artman templates to your computer, and you can then edit them in your preferred HTML editor.

Article Manager & Wordpress have rather different intentions, so it's hard to do a direct comparison as they're don't really do the same thing. However, one major benefit Article Manager has over any open source product is the support we offer to give you a hand in setting it up. :)
