Hmm, not by default, but you could modify this tutorial a little:

...the main difference would be that instead of creating a "number of articles" publish rule, you'd have to use the search engine. You can see this post for how to create a link to all posts by author:

By combining the two tutorials, you should be able to get something cobbled together. One warning, though -- you'll be hitting the search engine for each result, so you won't want to have this being displayed a ton of times on a single page or it'll slow your site down. (Hitting the search engine once or twice per page is fine. Hitting the search engine 10 times in a page is not recommended.)
