What's the HOLD UP? Can't Post
Ok....I've submitted my info twice using the online form. I've contacted support via the support form. I've even emailed my site info.

FIVE DAYS after paying for an upgrade and I'm still waiting.

What else do I need to do?

Hi,

Sorry for the delay. I will follow up with our Support Team right now to find your upgrade request and get it completed.

Unfortunately we our spam filtering service started filtering out legitimate emails after they updated their system (two weeks ago) and we only discovered this yesterday. This is now resolved so there shouldn't be any further delays or missed emails.

In the future if you ever find you are not getting a prompt response, please feel free to email me personally.

Glad the upgrade was sorted out and completed. :)

We want the learning process to be as easy as possible so in addition to the documentation and the tutorial index post, post your question about what you want to accomplish with Article Manager 2 and we can put together step by step tutorial for you.
