Weird AM2 Bug Can't Post

Hi. I have a category whose index page continuously appears as http://www.widget.com/test/%5Bunknown%20placeholder%20$published.categoryIndex.url$%5D

It's the only category to behave like this. Whenever I put a new category to replace that buggy one, the new category gets the same error bug.

I've checked the chmod, if there were any php or asp code or anything unusual.
The Index file for the category just doesn't get created no matter how often I publish. There are no conflicting rules either.

The only thing I haven't done is check the database, yet.

Hmm, that sounds a bit odd. It sounds like you might have a conflicting publish rule, but without taking a look it's hard to say exactly. If you'd like, try filling out the support request form here:

Thanks, I look forward to hearing from you. :)
