Unwanted image rotation when adding portrait-oriented images via Image Gallery Can't Post

I am using AM2's Image Gallery feature to feed a Flash slideshow and a printable page (which embeds the same images one after another on a clean template).

For some reason, images in Portrait orientation (longer height than width) are being turned 90 degrees to the left by AM2. Landscape loads just fine.

Perl image module(s) detected on the server are:
GD v2.44
ImageMagick v6.2.4

Any ideas why? Is this something AM is doing? My world is turned around! :-)

Hi Nigel!

Are you sure that's being done by Article Manager? I'd be inclined to think this is actually being done by your flash script, as ...well, that's not a feature that Article Manager has!

Drop us a support request, I can take a closer look for you. :)
