HI margaretmh, Did you try re-uploading all of the software files as Chet suggested? Usually this error comes up when a file is missing from the modules directory, or if a software file is corrupted. You may also want to make sure that permissions on Article Manager's /data directory are set to "777" for Linux servers, of "Full Control" for Windows servers.
