Hi,

This is a new error that popped up today. It occurs when I run a search, related articles and also when I click on preview.

Error: Unknown host '[hostname].': Unknown error at [root path]/artman2/modules//IT/SSIResolver.pm line 358.

Hi there,

This generally means that your server is disallowing connections to itself.

If you're using SSI's, you can switch the dynamic rendering over to use emulated SSI's. Or, you can ask your host to re-enable the ability for your server to connect to itself.

To switch to emulated SSI's, go to Admin -> General, and you can adjust the Dynamic SSI and Code Parsing options there. :)
