Please Help: Article Manager, Version 1.38 - How to Set Up Multiple Pages Can't Post

Hi, I've been using Article Manager for years. This is Version 1.38. After all these years I really need to start creating multiple pages for longer articles, believe it or not, lol. Can this just be turned on or off via the CMS admin? How can I set up multiple pages? What are the steps?

Thanks so much in advance for your help.

Wink

Hi,

>How can I set up multiple pages? What are the steps?

Here is two tutorials that go through the steps for two different methods of splitting your articles into multiple pages.

Tutorial: Creating Multiple Page Articles - using mulitple WYSIWYG editors
http://www.interactivetools.com/forum/gforum.cgi?post=51047#51047

Tutorial: Creating Multiple Page Articles automatically based on the number of paragraphs per page

The multiple WYSIWYG editors method will give you more control over where the content breaks for each page.

Hope that helps. :)

Hi there,

Note that Damon's tutorials are designed for Article Manager 2+ -- you'll really want to upgrade to version 2 to do anything advanced, as Article Manager 1 just isn't designed for it. :)
