New Server Installation, Get Internal Server Error

Long-time AM user, first-time poster here. I've recently moved to a new server. I installed all the files and folders in the cgi-bin directory via FTP. Unfortunately, I'm getting a 500 Internal Server Error when I try to log in to the program at: http://www.moviefreak.com/cgi-bin/artman/exec/admin.cgi I have consulted the online documentation/installation guide-- I made sure to upload the files using the correct mode, I've checked the path to perl (which is okay), and I've re-uploaded the .cgi files only to /exec to see if that would take care of it. All of these possibilities, and the problem persists. Since I have not been able to log in to the program, I cannot change/adjust the pub/upl directory under the Setup Options--Server menu. EDIT--I think I was supposed to log in to the program when it was on the original server and make the change to the directory/path for the new server. Without having done it, there is a scripting error now on the new server. Is there a way to save/log-in to the program at all? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
