Need upgraded WYSIWYG Can't Post

I have bought artman_1_38 some years ago, and I need the upgraded WYSIWYG Editor because the one I have is not compatible with Firefox. Please instruct me from where to download it and how to install it in my artman_1_38

I do not need a full upgrade of the system, I just want the upgraded WYSIWYG editor because it is not working any more in Firefox and IE8 and I have serious problems.

Hi there.

Can you give me a bit more detail on what's happening with your editor? We do have a specific patch for just the edit we can install for you through consulting but I want to make sure first that it's actually going to help.

The problem that I phase is that in Firefox all the tools (buttons) of the WYSIWYG disapears, and in IE8 the tools (buttons) are shown but not working.

Hi there,

That doesn't sound like you need the upgraded WYSIWYG editor, as the default editor DOES work in both Firefox & IE. However, it does sound like something has gone wrong with yours, either some files might be missing or some permissions might be incorrect.
