Hi Erich, Generally, that'll be caused by the permissions being incorrect -- doublecheck all of your permissions against the original installation documentation (found here: http://www.interactivetools.com/docs/articlemanager2/install/index.html) If the permissions all seem correct, the admin.cgi & search.cgi files may have been corrupted when you moved them over. You can grab the latest version of the default files here: http://www.interactivetools.com/upgrade/ Try overwriting JUST the admin.cgi and search.cgi (do not overwrite any of the other .cgi files, or you'll lose your old data) and see if that works.
