Hi there,

To prevent fraud, we process all orders manually... so, they tend to arrive within an hour during office hours.

If you haven't received that yet, give us a call and we can see what happened there. :)

Is it possible to access my original download files? I'm trying to move Artman between 2 servers and there is NOTHING in my old CGI folder! I have no idea what happened to the files that are supposed to be in there? Any help would be appreciated.

Hi Erich,

You can re-download the files from the link in your original download email, or grab the latest version by going through the upgrade process (this includes all of the program files regardless):

http://www.interactivetools.com/upgrade/

It's possible that your files aren't in your cgi-bin -- some servers don't require one. In your non-cgi artman directory, is there a folder called /data/? If so, then you've likely got everything you need in there. :)

Hello Donna, thank you for the reply. Actually yes, all the files seem to be in the Artman2 folder in the document root. I've moved everything from the old server but when i try to run the admin script to change the paths, I get a 500 error. Any ideas?

Hi Erich,

Generally, that'll be caused by the permissions being incorrect -- doublecheck all of your permissions against the original installation documentation (found here: http://www.interactivetools.com/docs/articlemanager2/install/index.html)

If the permissions all seem correct, the admin.cgi & search.cgi files may have been corrupted when you moved them over. You can grab the latest version of the default files here:

http://www.interactivetools.com/upgrade/

Try overwriting JUST the admin.cgi and search.cgi (do not overwrite any of the other .cgi files, or you'll lose your old data) and see if that works. If not, try filling out a support request and we can take a look for you. :)
