Hi there. Thanks for posting and welcome to the board! The first thing I'll get you to do here is head over to our main website and fire up an online demo for Article Manager 2. Once it's up, could you see if the editor is coming up for you there? If it is, then the problem is going to be related to your installation. If it isn't coming up though, it's going to be browser related and I'll need to put some more thought into it. Now, if we narrow it down to being your installation, could you log into Article Manager and go to Admin->Server Settings. Here, you'll see a field labeled WYSIWYG Folder URL. Make sure the path there is a relative URL to your editor's folder. Here's an example of what I mean by a relative path. Let's say the full URL for your folder is something like this: http://www.yoursite.com/artman2/wysiwyg the relative path there will be /artman2/wysiwyg/ notice how I just chopped off the domain name part? You'll want to do this as well. If that doesn't get you going, try uploading the whole wysiwyg folder to your server again. And if that doesn't get you going, I'll need to have a closer look so you'll want to fill out a support request: https://www.interactivetools.com/support/email_support.cgi Either way, I look forward to hearing from you so keep me up to date with how you are making out . ----------------------------------------------------------- Cheers, Ross Fairbairn - Product Specialist support@interactivetools.com Hire me!
