Content Area Question Can't Post

Hi
I would like to know how to add a content area as per the attachment herewith.
Content to be put in there (should appear on all pages) would be text, jpeg and/or flash
Advice appreciated.
Cheers

Re: [peevee] Content Area Question [In reply to] Can't Post

Hi Peevee,

Can you give me a little more detail? Is that image to appear on article pages, or on index pages?

If you'd like the "top story" to have a different layout (with a large image, for example) take a look at this tutorial:

http://www.interactivetools.com/forum/gforum.cgi?post=50869#50869

Or, if you just want that a specific image to appear on an article page, you'd just want to add a new "Image Upload" field via the database editor, then add your new placeholder to the spot on your page where you want it to appear.

Does that make sense? :)

Donna

Re: [Donna] Content Area Question [In reply to] Can't Post

Hi Donna
Thanx for your input regarding my request for www.yallaf1.com. I must be honest as a total noob when it comes to code editing and code stuff - not my area of expertise - and the placeholder thing sounds very cool but I simply have no clue how to implement it. So I went to the template and added content in a table which now appears where I want it on the right side panel
Cheers
