Not yet, that feature didn't make the cut for 2.0. But it's still on the list and a high priority for us.
With all the other features in ArtMan2 though, you might be able to get similar functionality by adding a field for article 'tags' and using the search engine or adding a few pulldown fields that list categories and creating some custom publish rules for each category. We'd have to do some research on that one and know exactly what you were trying to do to find out.
There's usually a period after we just release a new product where even we are amazed at what people are able to do with it, because it's a whole lot more than even we envisioned. So I expect we'll be making a whole lot of discoveries over the next few days and weeks.
