Hi there! There are two ways to back up the database, either one will work equally well. The first is to use a MySQL control panel (such as phpMyAdmin) and grab a copy of it there. Alternately, you can simply save it as a flatfile database (even just for a few minutes while you make the backup) and then download the /data/ directory. Either way, you'll want to grab the following directories: /data/ /templates/ /uploads/ config.ini ...and any files that have been modified. Note that you do not need the publish directory, as this will be created based on the information in the templates & the database. I hope this helps. :) Donna -- support@interactivetools.com
