Hello,

We hav make a new link in the menu but now are some links not available

Also a other name then we give them
Before all was good but when we have make a new link in the menu and some movings this is happend.

Please can somebody help whit this ore must we do a big back-up??

Hi there,

It sounds like you've modified your category index publish rule -- by default, this uses the "categoryIndex" placeholder, but it's possible to change it.

Without looking at your specific setup, it's pretty hard to say exactly. But take a look at that first, and if you're still having trouble, fill out a support request so we can see your publish rules and track down what's going on:

Donna, Roberto,

Thank you for your post. I had the same problem and looked around for several hours to fix it. This was for we moved to a new server with another IP-address. But at the end it had nothing to do with this.

The solution is simple. We may use different publish rules for the categories. But one item may only occur once in the category filters. If you select more an error message comes up. If you do not select one item at all, you receive the error "unknown placeholder ..." on the website (How shall the script know?).
