Hi,
I tried viewing syndicate content on several sites using the Opera browser and I received the same problem. The latest headlines were not appearing.
To fix it, I changed the Disk cache to 0 KB, and unchecked all the options to cache documents, images and other. After I clicked apply and refreshed the page, the latest news appeared.
To do this, in Opera click File > Preferences > History and cache.
