Hi,

You can create a summary with either an URL or a document when creating a new article or modifying an exisiting article by selecting the "Article Type" radio button:
  • Internet URL (a summary with URL)
  • Uploaded File (a summary with an uploaded file attached)


If you choose to upload a file, confirm that it is in the "Accepted upload extensions" list in the Setup Options under the General tab.
