Hi Simon, Thanks for the post! When you make a change to the Setup Options in Article Manager the data file that will be updated is /artman/data/setup.dat.cgi. I'd suggest double checking that this file on your server (along with the entire /data/ directory) has full permissions set for it. On a Windows server this would mean setting read, write, execute, erase, etc. permissions for the user that Perl runs as. Perl generally runs as IUSR_servername where "servername" is the name of your server. On a Unix-based server you'd want to set CHMOD 777 permissions. If these permissions are already set and these settings still aren't being maintained I'd be happy to have a look at this for you.
