WYSIWYG too slow...? Can't Post

Hello, I just upgrade to 1.20 The WYSIWYG editor is a fantastic addition. However it is operating too slow....?? as I type the words, there is a delay, it takes "extra" time for them to appear in the editors text area... did I miss something ?

In this forum for example, as I type, words using the forum's WYSIWYG editor, there is no delay and words show up as they are typed.

question #2, to insert Art.Mgr. uploaded images, I guess the old fashion way...? copy and paste ***image1*** ??

Hope I was able to explain..

Re: [noza] WYSIWYG too slow...? [In reply to] Can't Post

Hi,

We noticed that the WYSIWYG editor was slow for a couple of users as well. We've looked carefully at the code and we're preparing a new upgrade which will address the problems with the slow down you're experiencing.

Exactly. When uploading an image into the WYSIWYG editor you'll upload images the same way as before, by copying and pasting the ***imagex*** placeholder (where x is the image upload field number).

I hope this helps. :)
