i would like to use unicode characters. does the

article manager support the unicode characterset?

Article Manager has been used successfully with multi-byte character sets. Do you have any specifics on how you will be using Unicode characters (only as &entities, or utf-8 encoding, or full UCS-2 encoding). UCS-2 encoding is the one that might be problematic, and we have not encountered many sites using that encoding.
