Trying to move AM to a new website Can't Post

Ok here is my problem

I am moving AM from website to another..I moved the files from one server to the other, no problems..BUT..now I cant get into the log in page to change server and URL paths. The webpage will not load. So what can I do now? Thanks

Hi there!

Are you sure you're going to the right location to log in? The path may have changed from the original. Beyond that, without knowing what error message you're getting, it's pretty hard to say what might happening.

Also, make sure that when you're moving the site from one server to another that you follow these directions:

Hi there,

A few different things could cause that -- insuficcient permissions, a setting on the server... I think the best bet would be a support request. We can pop in, try to run a test script, and take a look at the permissions directly. :)
