Template cell 'upgrade' is not defined! Can't Post

Hi, I've tried to upgrade from 1.27 to 1.41

When I click on 'Set Up' I get the following error:

Program Message

TemplateCell : Template cell 'upgrade' is not defined!

Any ideas how to fix this?

Cheers

Hi Jennie,

Thanks for your post. Smile

I think we may have covered this in an email, but I'll post my suggestion on how to proceed with this here in case anyone else is wondering.

Basically, what's probably happened is that some of the new interface files were not updated when completing the upgrade process. If you try re-uploading these files this error should go away.

Don't hesitate to contact us if you have any other questions!

Thank you, have tried this with no luck. Another thing is the 'Category Editor' isn't listing my categories. Everything else seems fine.

Any other ideas... I've gone blind from looking at it.

Cheers.

Hi Jennie,

I just sent you an email, but in case you didn't receive it I'll pass the message along here. It seems that the FTP details I'm using are incorrect - could you review these for me and follow-up with us in an email? Right now I suspect that some of your interface files are missing or were only partially uploaded - once I'm able to login to your server I can verify whether or not this is the case.

I hope to hear from you soon!
