String of numbers - timestamp Can't Post

Hi

I'm getting a string of numbers after the date of each article (presumably a timestamp).

eg: Fri, 07 Jul 2006 10:54:00, 1152266040

How can I eliminate these?

Thanks

Hi, I fixed it (sort of)

If I take out the $art_time$ tag from the template they disappear, but the time is still displayed as part of the $art_date$ tag.

Hi Simon.

Thanks for posting!

That number you see there looks like it’s actually a time since epoch. This is basically just the number of seconds since a specific date several years ago.

The reason it is showing up there is going to be because of something in your /artman/exec/config.ini file. Open that up and have a look for the [ui] section; it will have something like the following in it:

date_format = %b %e, %Y
time_format = %H:%M
datetime_format = %b %o, %Y - %H:%M:%S

The biggest different is that somewhere on one of these lines you are going to have %s (with a lowercase s). Try removing that and then republishing your articles.

For a full reference of what each of these symbols means, and a list of all the available ones, check out the very bottom of this page in our online docs:
