Hi, I have just received the Interactivetools newsletter, and wanted to respond to the article on 'Liveperson' - although this is probably not the right forum, most people in the forums here seem to come here, and if they are like me do not really look at any of the others (except the ARTMAN add-ons  ).
I just wanted to tell people if they want an ICQ-like chat tool for thier site that is not going to break the bank , will run off thier own server and just a one time fee they should check out Real time Aide - a one off fee of $199

It works much the same as liveperson, is much cheaper and does a great job too. It will easily integrate into you ARTMAN pages or any other page in your site.
