Hi Teresa, Thanks for the post! From what you've outlined here, it sounds like this issue is more likely related to the way the server handles Perl scripts. If you're uploading an MP3 file into Article Manager, this may take a bit of time and there's a chance that your hosting company has a limit on the amount of time that Perl scripts are able to run. I'd suggest getting in touch with your hosting company and asking them to increase the amount of resources Perl scripts are able to use so you'll be able to upload these files without running into that error message.
