Not getting the help I need.... Can't Post

My RSS feed suddenly stopped updating on July 18th. I submitted an email request for help. I got one response asking for more information - but now it's been two days and I haven't heard anything back (even with the prompting emails I've sent). I've been calling the 1-800 number and only get the voice mail - even though it is business hours.

What's up folks????

The lack of RSS feed is begining to hurt my business....

Thanks for getting in touch with us. Smile

Our support queue had been backed up a bit, but I believe I resolved this issue with you through email yesterday. Normally we are able to answer support requests within 24 hours, but from time to time things get a bit crazy around here and we aren't able to get back to everyone as fast as we'd like. We may not always be able to answer the phone but if you leave a message we will return your call.
