Links to AM Can't Post

Hi,

Is there anyway to reduce or remove the links to IT that are placed in the pages when they are being built?

I realise that you guys at IT are keen to get links from search engines etc., but some of my pages now have half a dozen or more links, as I pull in pages from different categories.

Is there any chance of removing them, or at least having the option to remove them.

The reason for asking is that on one of my pages, I have designed the template so that it will output in php, the generated code works fine once I remove the comments, but for some odd reason, not whilst I had the comments in there - it was only when I was looking at the code, did I realise how many built in comments I had Wink

Re: [canvey] Links to AM [In reply to] Can't Post

Click: "Setup Options", then "Server" and uncheck the option that says:

[x] Add meta generator tag and timestamp.

the re-publish and they should all disappear.

They're not there for search engines, if they were people typing in Article Manager or interactivetools might end up on your site instead of ours! ; )
