Limiting number of characters in the title Can't Post
Me again! :)

Is there a way to limit the number of characters one can put in the title of the aritcles? With the new setup I will have, I don't want them to go to a second line because it will screw up the format.

57 characters is exactly what I need to limit the titles to.

Any ideas?

Hi Colin,

There is no way that I'm aware of to limit the number of characters in the title of an article.

The only solution I can think of is to tell your Trusted Writers and Editors to limit their article titles. You may want to recommend that your Trusted Writers and Editors always preview their articles using the preview feature to make sure the format looks good.

If anyone else has any ideas, please post them here.
