Latest Headlines Title Can't Post
Our Latest Headlines "Titles" for each category are not showing up so it is just a list of articles. You can't tell which article goes with which category. Any hints?

Hi Holly,

I think we'd need to take a look at that to see what's going on. I'd recommend filling out a support request and we can take a look at it directly. :)

Donna, Thank you for your reply. When you say "directly" do you mean to be able to remote in and see our site? If so, we can't do that for security reasons. If that is not what you mean, let me know and I will at least get a developer to write up all the details to see if you can help. Thank you

Hi there,

Nope, not remote access, just regular FTP. Take a look at the support request form, it asks for all the details. Fill in as much as you can and we'll see what we can do from there. :)
