Hi John. Thanks for posting! And like Sola said, there’s definitely no reason to be sad. We are always happy to help so we’ll get to the bottom of this. The first thing I noticed here is that the URL you are using ends in search.php?searchst=alex which isn’t a URL that we typically see with Article Manager as it’s actually a cgi script and would end with search.cgi. Perhaps, like Sola did, you could send me a link to the site you are having trouble with.
