Article Preview Fails Can't Post

Everything seems to be working fine with my copy of AM except for previewing articles without publishing, which has not worked from my first installation. I always get the error message : Can't connect : Unknown error at C:\Inetpub\wwwroot\cgi-bin\artman\exec\admin.cgi line 2686.

This happens while trying to open the URL : http://www.mywebsiteaddress.co.uk/cgi-bin/artman/exec/admin.cgi?art_preview2=7

I have looked in the publish directory on the server and cannot see any shtml files beginning art_preview. Is this maybe the problem, have I got something disabled ?

Many thanks.

I have also found I get an error when clicking the more headlines link. Looks like maybe I have something not configured correctly from the initial installation. Any ideas ?

Re: [AMS] Article Preview Fails [In reply to] Can't Post

Hi there.

Thanks for posting!

I actually have a couple ideas here but was thinking it might be easier to do a little testing first. Would you mind sending me a support request so I can take a closer look at your server?

Here’s a link to the support form:

I look forward to hearing from you Smile.
