goforum.cgi and Article Manager > 1.27

The file locking improvements included in Article Manager 1.28 and higher have caused a problem with goforum.cgi version 1.06 and lower. We are working on a fix to goforum.cgi and will release it shortly.
As an interim measure, you can disable filelocking in goforum.cgi by changing the $ini{'filelocking'} value from 1 to 0.
