Related Articles - Problem Can't Post

I've tried adding the Related Articles add on to AM but keep getting the following error "Program Message

TemplateCell : Template cell 'row' is not defined!"

All I'm doing is adding the SSI file that the instructions said (not motifying anything else). When I take out the SSI to it it works fine again. All the other ad ons such as pagebreak ect went off w/o a hitch. Any ideas as to what I'm doing wrong would be greatly appreciatiated :)

Regards,
Michael

Re: [Mike4172] Related Articles - Problem [In reply to] Can't Post

Hi Mike,

Thanks for the forum post Smile.

There's no official add-on in Article Manager for Related Articles, so I'm not sure I understand the issue. Are you referring to this forum post on how to use SSIs to add a Related Articles link?

http://www.interactivetools.com/forum/gforum.cgi?post=2091#2091

If that is the case, then I can tell you the issue is likely caused by your custom template. The custom template must contain all the templatecells that a search_results template file has. One or more templatecells missing will cause the error message.

If you'd like, I could take a look at your server and I may make better progress. Simply fill out a support form:
https://www.interactivetools.com/support/email_support.cgi with your FTP information and I can get on it right away! :)

In the meantime if you have other questions please let me know.
