Search Engine makes it easy to add a search form to your site. The Sample Search Forms section of the program can generate a few different HTML forms for inclusion on your web site. Try out a few different forms by selecting them from the Search Form dropdown, then click "Go" to view the form.

Cut and paste the HTML in the textbox into one of your web pages to allow your visitors to access the Search Engine from that page. Feel free to customize the HTML you'll be adding to your pages.

If you add, remove, or rename categories, or make any other changes which affect the Search Form, you'll need to cut and paste this form into your web pages again. For this reason, it's generally a good idea to set up the program first, then insert the search form into your site.
