User Manager

The User Manager allows you to add, delete and modify the login accounts of people who will help edit the website.

For each user, you can define their:

  • Full name
  • Login
  • Password
  • Account Created
  • Account Expires

You can also set up accounts to never expire, or to be temporarily disabled.

Restricting users to specific pages

For some websites, you only want specific people to update certain pages. Other pages can be updated by anyone. Page Publisher lets you decide who gets the ability to modify which parts of the site.

In order to do this:

  1. Create the user's account in the "User Manager"
  2. Click "Update Pages" on the top menu bar, and then "Admin" beside the page you want to modify the editing permissions for.
  3. Select "Allow all" to give everyone access to the page, or "Allow selected" and then select the individual users who have the right to modify this page.
